No need to worry about hidden costs. Pricing includes rent, common area maintenance (CAM)  real estate taxes ( RET), HVAC and electric utilities. Our prices remain fixed for 12 months, with adjustments made to pass through increases in CAM and RET and account for inflation (CPI). Lease for a minimum of 12 months or longer after a first-month trial period.
